Good morning, my landline has developed a problem, it has a lot of background noise and is difficult to hear someone talking, they also can't hear me very well as voices fade in and out. Could someone please run some checks on my line to see what the problem is. Thank you.

Thank you very much for confirming. Just confirm, do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependent upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?
For example a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.
