I'm experiencing issues with my TalkTalk Landline and unable to get through to TalkTalk customer care - 08/02/2024.
I am unable to receive incoming or make outgoing calls. Whenever I dial a number from the house phone, I get some strange background interference too.
I've tried 'testing my line' on my account settings, but keep facing an error.
I was worried in case a service, such as 'Call Safe', was causing any issues. My physical telephone hasn't been touched either and everything is plugged in correctly. My telephone settings appear all the same and correct.
