Hi guys,
Last week I had an unwanted call on my landline so I tried to bar the number. Unfortunately, when I keyed in the relevant code it told me I was not subscribed to the service.
I checked on My Account and it was indeed ticked, so I thought I would try disabling it and then reinstate it later. I got confirmation by email that the service had been removed.
Despite trying several times over a number of days I now find a message superimposed on the page as follows:

Can you unblock this and reinstate the service for me, please?

I have raised a MyAccount escalation for you and the SLA for resolution in most cases is 3 to 5 working days.

Got back today and checked, working now so thanks for sorting.
Still got "changes pending" on the options page which remains frozen, though.

Hi @ferguson I have just added the last caller barring feature into your account however, it is saying that it will be queued behind in-flight orders, it is a free service, and this feature should be added on your account within 24hours, can you confirm if you have received an email confirmation of this?

Hi @nambuso-TT I have only just seen your response, sorry, no notification received.
The only change I made was to cancel the feature, which as I said was confirmed last week by email, 9 July and is showing as unticked, albeit greyed out. Looks like a stuck order has to be removed.
