I have lost my phone line since yesterday, Internet is working (-40% speed) but not a dial tone or noise on my phone line.
Reported via my TT account yesterday, within 35 mins I was informed there was a problem with the phone line and an engineer had been dispatched to the exchange (no need to attend my property) - Dated 16:35pm 31st May
Still no phone line and although Internet is working, it's below 22Mbps (Usually 35Mbps)
My phone line is important as it's my only way to contact emergency services etc (I have no devices that rely on a phone line though!)
Any update would be nice

These cases can take 48 hours [2 working days] to resolve, @dgsection.
There is automatic compensation after that time, authorised after resolution of the issue, and it can take up to 30 days to show in My Account.
