We were connected on the 6th August to Broadband and Phone line. Broadband working very well but we have no landline connection. Open reach has tested the lines and everything seems to be ok. Can you investigate the problem please.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

Hi, which package of services specifically did you order?
