I received the new VOIP box to faciliate digital phone calls, along with a new EERO.
Problem is new EERO doesn't seem to work (blue flashing light constantly), and if I connect VOIP box to old EERO and try and use the Landline an automated voice tells me Device Not Recognised.
Any ideas? Currently I have no Landline.

I think there's a back log, that's probably why it's delayed. There is a dedicated team that you can contact by contacting customer services, they will be able to give you more information but, If you're happy to wait that's fine, you will be contacted when the order progresses

Hi Chris,
I thought it was mid-March; but I can't seem to find a copy of the letter I was sent with the details on.
Happy to wait until a specific date if it's in the future.

Hi Cleon,
It looks as though you've not switched over to VoIP service yet, have you been given a date?

I expect CityFibre, not Openreach, provided your full fibre. This means that there is a profile that needs to be changed to support the eero. It needs to be set to Profile T for an eero. Only TalkTalk can do this for you and as such I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and change it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
