No Landline Phone Connection

Hi,

We have had a few people tell us that they have tried ringing and they hear the ringtone and we never answer, i tried it with my mobile and it told me that we are not accepting incoming calls ? we are on full fibre and i have tried the copper socket as well ?

I don't think I am "a sofa busy body," but the sad fact is that the support team on the community simply do not have access to Full Fibre accounts. If all else fails with direct contact to customer services I can only suggest that you raise a complaint, use the link at the bottom of the page.

Hi, I have just about had enough of the hours I have spent on chat to people about our landline connection, I have spoken to several people about it and one agreed to open a case with openreach as soon as your tools started to come back online.

 

Today I wasted a whole afternoon going through the same stuff as before......at the end of the day we still have no landline, nobody has been any help to us.

 

The copper connection is dead and the fibre is just static noise, no ringtone and nobody can ring in, I am nearly 70 years old and can do without this hastle.

 

Please just arrange an openreach engineer to look into this, if it's my fault which I doubt it is I will pay them.
