Incoming calls and broadband working, but outgoing gives an 'unobtainable' tone after dialling.
Tried all the usual guff, no response from TalkTalk or Chat Line after 2 hours.
Can anyone verify whether TalkTalk actually still exist?

VoIP is working inwards and outwards now.
If it was TT that fixed it, then thanks very much.
If it was me, then well done me.
Best part of an afternoon I'll never get back.

Please appreciate that I don't normally frequent forums and I'm only here in desperation to lack of response on the Chat line.
I realised that the "Chatterbox" is just forum thing, but really, change it, it does you no favours outside of Sugar Crush Candy sites.
After all, people using TalkTalk are adults with a life, aren't they?

Yes. Responding to your post of just 30 minutes ago. Good that you've already reported the fault and a "Case" has been registered. Are you using the TalkTalk Digital Voice app?
Heads up that "Chatterbox" is just a tag for this Community to reflect the number of posts made. You started off as "Newbie". You'll end up as a "Philosopher" after many posts. Nothing personal, just the way Community is set up.
The TalkTalk Support team are here during normal office hours if you need them to follow up your "Case".

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

They've raised a 'Case'.
Two hours later they say they're busily working on it, but 'Start Troubleshooting' on this link???
The link gives three choices of problem:-
1) I have no internet connection.
2) I can't access certain websites.
3) My internet is slow.
I started off this service problem on the Voice Calls page, give me a break!
