No Phone connection

My land line says 'Please check phone connection'

I have double checked all connections. I bought a new telephone with base. I have removed the main socket cover and connected directly, nothing will change the message on my handset. I am unable to make or receive calls. Please help

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Staff will look into this during the day, @Watertown.

 

They reply Monday to Friday. 

 

Make sure that you have added your Talktalk phone number to your profile (so not in the public thread).

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add the information required in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
