No dial tone but Internet working OK

No dial tone at all, been away for a couple of weeks so don't when this happened.

Internet is fine, no problems there.

Checked all connections and connected a brand new corded phone to the master socket, nothing doing.

 

HELP!

Hi @niick1 

 

Tests are showing a loop fault in or near the property.

 

Does your master socket have a 'Test Socket' ?  If so have you tested at this ?

 

If not, and you only have one socket, and as you have tested with a new handset with nothing else connected, then an engineer would be required.

 

If you can confirm, we can then start the booking process with you.
