Hi
As at mid afternoon today I have the following message on my landline phone “Check Phone Line” no dialling tone my phone number is REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS. the phone line was ok this morning.

Phone line is ok now no problems dialling tone fine thank you.
However, I have put a post in the fibre posts reference down load speeds to the router.

Thank you for your message and am pleased to say this morning we are now getting a dialling tone.
I have no idea why we lost the our connection but would have tried with another phone if the problem had not resolved its self.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults - Line test is clear.
Have you tested with a different phone?

Thank you for your reply. The phone is all ready connected to the test socket so I will wait for the support team to check the line.

Have you tried connecting the phone directly at the test socket? Subject to that, this has been flagged up yo the support team here who will respond as soon as they can.
