No incoming calls, outgoing okay

Just today people ringing our land line are getting disconnected and hearing a beep. Tried it myself from my mobile.

Ringing out though is fine, rang my mobile from the landline without issue.

Have run the service test but it says there is no issue when obviously there is.

Update to this:

Just tried ringing landline from mobile again and now connecting but doesn't start ringing on the landline until I've heard it ring 5 or 6 times from my mobile.

Tried it twice.

So, a little better... 😉 but obviously still an issue somewhere with routing..
