No landline service since switch

Hi

I've recently been switched to fibre only broadband and Voip, but was told there was an error with the switch to digital voice and that I would be contacted Error showing in router settings.Error showing in router settings.when I could switch from the old 

copper landline.

 

I have had no contact but now my copper landline has been cut off leaving me with no landline phone which I rely on heavily. Logging into my router settings shows the below error, and says Digital Voice in not registered.

 

Please can somebody help me with this. Thanks

Alas, @sylvia1316, you would have done some months back. There was a team change; the old team had access to all the Full Fibre systems, but the current team does not yet. I was going to say that I do have a contact within TalkTalk that I could have escalated this to, but as you have solved it by rebooting the router, there is no point now.

Nevermind, I decided to reset the router for about the fifth time and it solved it. Digital voice is now connected and the landline phone working as normal.

Thanks for the reply Keith.

 

I have contacted them on the online chat multiple times over the past few weeks and am really sick of repeating my issue to them if I'm honest. The help has been very poor.

 

I was hoping I might get a bit more assistance using this forum but it doesn't sound like that is going to happen.

 

Really getting frustrated with it now.

With the Digital Voice not being registered, only TalkTalk can fix this. I assume from your post, you are now on Full Fibre? The TalkTalk support staff on this forum do not have access to the Full Fibre systems. Therefore, you will need to contact the Full Fibre Helpdesk on: 0345 172 0074.

Their opening hours are Monday-Friday 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday: Closed.

You may not always be able to speak to someone on this number; they may send you a text message instead. If that is the case, the text will contain a link to start an online chat. On that chat, you can insist on speaking to a person, but there may be a delay before you are connected.
