No number calls to a BT6800 phone every 30 minutes after full fibre installation

Recently had full fibre installed from a previous landline connection and now get "no number" indications on my home phone (BT6800 type) every 30 minutes which is a major nuisance. How do I get rid of this problem.

It's a known issue, which staff can sort when they reach your thread, @Nigel2806.

 

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number  / account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
