We’ve had no home phone for weeks now and the internet keeps cutting out. There is no dial tone so I can’t phone out and when there is an incoming call the phone rings but I can’t answer it. I’ve tried different handsets, cables and microfilters and get the same result. Also tried the test socket. I’ve run tests with the service centre and it says everything is fine, but there’s clearly a problem. Can anyone help please?

Go via the yellow "browse" button, then "Help with your Talktalk service" and then "home phone".
Click on start a topic to open your thread.
To speed things up when staff reach your thread, make sure that you have added your Talktalk landline phone number to your community forum profile details, for staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard.
