In that case, @Jehu4419 I would suggest you contact the Full Fibre Helpdesk on the number quoted earlier; perhaps the Grandstream is faulty.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

The phone light flashes on for 2 seconds then off for less than 1 seconds. The other two lights are on continuously. The ethernet light on the wall box flashes irregularly. Thanks for helping.

Hi @Jehu4419

I realise that this may be difficult to access, but is it fast or slow flashing?

  1. Fast Flashing - Phone off hook or user busy
  2. Slow flashing - Voicemail waiting

What is the state of the Internet light?

I have tried rebooting everything without success. The phone light on the Grandstream is blinking. According to the instructions this is supposed to mean a call is in progress.

HI @Jehu4419

Try rebooting the Grandstream DVA unit.

Can you clarify what you mean by "fibre" phone? Is it a VoIP service, so connected directly to a Hub, or via Grandstream adapter?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
