Phantom (No Number) Calls to My Landline

Phantom / Ghost "No Number" calls to my landline every 30 minutes / 24 hours a day.

Same problem last year with many hours wasted trying to get TalkTalk to resolve it.

It was finally acknowledged as an internal TalkTalk problem & a "fix" was put in place ... but has not lasted !
