Phone line not working - online engineer booking service not working

My landline stopped working recently, no ring tone, people who dial in get voicemail & I can't dial out. Internet working fine. Used test connection tool and it said book an engineer but the online link isn't working. How can I go about booking an engineer when that is the case?

Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information (from the drop down menu). SAVE CHANGES.
