I would like to keep my account with talktalk, i did cancel yesterday 19/04/2024, but i wish to stay with talktalk sorry for any inconvenience, the lady who spoke on the phone was SENAMILE who cancelled, but please keep me with TALKTALK PLEASE.

Hi @annedawson
Did you stop the transfer to your new provider? there is no transfer request from another supplier so your account should continue on.
Also I have removed your personal details form the open community
