Home phone not receiving or making calls. Message on phone "Please check line cord" Everything checked and no problem found. Raised this with Talktalk yesterday who reply that a fault has been found and will be rectified. An hour later a message comes saying everything is resolved but exactly the same fault is there with the same message on phone. I have tried to ring them today but I am told there is no-one there to help me and having spent 10 mins trying to get there live chat to work, I am getting somewhat annoyed. Any help of how to get through to them would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Bulwark are you still having issues or did you contact customer services as advised by @Gliwmaeden2 ?

There's no support on the 03451 720088 number for technical faults on Sundays, @Bulwark.
