Has the engineer got lost?

Hi,  My phone stopped working las Friday with the last update at 15.06  saying 'There is an issue with the line providing your connection. An engineer is on their way.' He hasn't got there yet and my phone still isn't working. 

 Can you give any more info please?

Hi there @Tomlan8 Looking into your account the fault was escalated to Openreach and should be resolved within 2-3 working days, once the fault has been cleared you will be sent communication advising the fault has been fixed.
