Poor service telephone line

My phone stops working very frequently February and again May, then noise on line unable to hear. Still faulty reported again 9th July.
This pattern of faults has continued for many years. Engineers say it is caused by poor labels in box college hill road. One Engineer even came into house and changed our connection, this cut off some extensions, but we thought it might help. But our problems continue.
Family leave message on answer phone and we never get them because the line is faulty, we even missed a Family funeral as they rang it went to answer phone and they left a message.

Hi @Rosaleenm1
I'm so sorry to hear this.
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.
Thanks
Debbie
