I want to move my landline to a VoIP service provided by Phonely and to port my home landline number from Talk Talk to this service. I have a a Fibre 65 contract with a phone add on that is due to end soon and I will have to leave Talk Talk as I want to move to full fibre, which Talk Talk cannot provide in my area but other companies do. I want to move my phone to Phonely VoIP in advance. Am I likely to encounter any problems with Talk Talk in moving the landline and number to Phonely VoIP in advance of my contract ending in September?

Remember that if you change providers more than a month before the end of your contract, you pay an early termination fee, @Zouch but if you spot a good deal, it might be worth grabbing it while it lasts.
You'd ask the new company to take over the whole thing if they are able to provide you with voice services too. Might be included in their deals.
There's nothing to stop you simply carrying on with Talktalk and having a separate installation from another company....
You just can't separate out the phone number from your current broadband package without cancelling the whole package.
It's worth familiarising yourself with one touch switching:

Thank you for this information. This leaves me in a dilemma as to how to keep my phone number, which is essential. Do I have the option of transferring my broadband to a new full fibre provider before my Talk Talk contract ends on 14th September and then porting my number to Phonely from Talk Talk after the new broadband is installed and working? Presumably there is nothing to prevent me from having two broadband contracts overlapping? If so, what I am interested to know is how quickly Talk Talk would port the number, as I have read some worrying reviews about this issue.

@Zouch, your Fibre65 service is using the copper line and the phone number is an integrated part of that service.
If you move the phone number, you are effectively ceasing your service with Talktalk as the FTTC cannot function without it.
