Hi

Having problems with the landline, can't receive calls and every time someone rings up the internet goes off.

I tried the line test and it found a fault, but when I tried the longer test it couldn't detect the problem.

I'm sorry to hear this. As advised, please can you create your own topic and we can look into this for you.

Hi @Virgindain

If you want help, you cannot use someone else's thread.

To get help, you must start your own thread. To create your own thread, go to the main page for the board in question & click the "Start a topic" button.

TalkTalk insists on one thread per problem per customer. Please note, TalkTalk makes the rules, not me.

Thanks.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

Hi Chris

It's been perfect today,I think it must have been the micro filter 🤞
