Remove International and UK Calls Boosts

I have followed "My Telephone Settings" and unticked boxes to remove, update and confirm removing:

International Max Calls Boost

Unlimited UK Calls Boost

But get message each time: "Sorry unable to find page"

My latest attempt was on 09/09/2025 at 15.49.

I need to save £30 per month by removing these boosts, but website does not record that they are removed. How can I contact TalkTalk?

Hi there @ChangeMaker#1, we have attempted to remove both boosts on our end, but we get an error kindly call in for further assistance, thanks.

Here is the number to our customer service department 03451720088 who will be able to assist you moving forward, you can contact them between the times Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm; Saturday - 9am - 6pm; Sunday - Closed

Yes, please remove both boosts.

@ChangeMaker#1 Please note if i remove the International max boost and the Unlimited UK calls boost you will then be charged at standard rates for local calls and for international calls please refer to our international rates. I would like to confirm if you would still like for me to remove both these boosts?
