Can I just confirm, did you mean 1471 or voicemail? (1571)

1471 just tells you the last number to have called you, @tparki.

 

For Voicemail, you need to activate the service via My Account:

The number associated with that is 1571.

 

Currently there is a known issue in Service Status Dashboard about that number.
