Talktalk Digital Voice not receiving calls

Hi,

We have been using digital voice for nearly a year with no problems but incoming calls have stopped coming through. We can dial out but not receive calls, if you call our landline number it is silent for a while and then goes to voicemail, we have also tried turning voicemail off and then when you call out number is just beeps a few times and cuts you off. and will say call failed on the mobile we are trying to call from
We use the digital voice app on our mobile phones, we do not have a home phone plugged in.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I think that the app is being discontinued, which might be the problem. Please can you try a normal landline phone first & if it is still the case I'll ask TalkTalk to investigate this for you.
