I've been trying for days to make an appointment for an engineer to come a see to a fault with my landline. Openreach say they have resolved the problem, so it must be in my home. What is infuriating is that I can't get to speak to anyone and the buttons on the website don't work. I'm sent round in circles. How hard does it have to be to make an appointment?

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. I can see that the previous line test did detect a potential external line fault. The test is now showing a loop fault. Would it be possible to connect just your phone to the test socket please so we can re-run the line test again in this set up. We can then progress this to an engineer visit for you here.
Just to confirm, are you experiencing a no dial tone fault?
