If the new Internet phone is available, does it mean just plugging into your router or is a new router supplied with a phone socket.

Is a engineer required to change to the service as I have Fibre 65 at the moment?

Once you get full fibre & assuming that you request Digital Voice at the same time (you can't currently have it added later), then you will probably get the Sagamcom Hub 2. That has a phone port on the back of it to which you can easily connect an ordinary landline phone to or a DECT cordless base station. You do not need to change your phones at all.

Have you been offered an upgrade to full fibre then?
