Hi,
I understand we're losing copper wire telephones soon and I'd like to convert over to VOIP now to get rid of bugs in time for the switchover we are expecting in May.
I want to keep my old number as I've had it 50 years, how do I request that or do that?

You can't "convert" as such unless you are able to upgrade to a TalkTalk Full Fibre service which includes VoIP.
