VOIP on Full Fibre 500

I am currently on the Full Fibre 150 package with VOIP and this deal comes to an end in October. In your sales blurb you seem to suggest that VOIP will not be available with the higher broadband speeds and I would like to consider extending my contract to FF 500 + VOIP. Is this possible?

I am asking on this forum as I am not sure sales will be able to answer reliably!!

If you already have a Full Fibre service with VoIP then there should be no problem, I successfully switched from 150 to 900 and kept the VoIP service. Your best bet is to contact customer services directly, despite any misgivings you may have. Upgrades cannot be arranged on here in any event.
