I have had a long running issue with caller display showing withheld number, but recently changed to FTTP including VOIP. I hoped this might sort the problem, and I have at least the table to tick or untick privacy features come back..... Alas, still don't have people's numbers come up and really hoped it would be sorted by now.

I have just taken a call and then phoned from my mobile to double check and delighted to see that both are showing numbers now!

I've tried different handsets as well, re-setting the router, anything that could possibly constitute a reset from this end.

Hi Chris,
Sorry for the delay- yes, caller display is enabled according to My Account, and I have tried the disable and re-enable route to no avail.
