I am nearly 80 years old and have poor eyesight. Will I be able to get help with the digital switch over. The router is on a high shelf in the garage and I am unable reach it without a ladder. I need some one to do  fthe connection with my landline for me. Please help

Are you having the full fibre upgrade then as part of this?
