Caller Display

I am receiving phantom missed calls, with no numbers, showing on the caller display. Up to 45+ per day. Appears to have started when Full Fibre 150 was installed. Can anyone help, please?

It's a problem with VOIP which is easily rectified when staff pick up your post during the day, @Eagle1.
Please complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down further to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
