lost my land line since decmber 2023

I Have had no landline since talk talks network update in decmeber no ring tone at all no incoming or out going calls . anyone else ? I also. need to speak to someone regards my current contract that end february 17th but ,when i call from my mobile redirects me back here on line ?How do i speak to someone . live chat ?
