Hi Whilst you are trying to fix my phone which has no dial tone is it possible to request all incoming calls to be diverted to my mobile. I am currently losing a number of business related calls.

I can't locate any details with the telephone number in your Community Profile, there may be a digit missing?

 

Please can you check this again for me? I will also need to send you a Private Message to confirm some further details once the phone number has been updated in your profile.

I have redacted your phone number, you should never post details like that in a public forum. Click here and put it in your community profile where only you and TalkTalk can see it.

It's normally offered by the support team, @johnh13, whether through Chat or if calling 03451 720088 (open from 9am).

 

How did you report it?

 

As part of coping with a fault it is free, but otherwise there's a charge for it.
