Hi Whilst you are trying to fix my phone which has no dial tone is it possible to request all incoming calls to be diverted to my mobile. I am currently losing a number of business related calls.

I can't locate any details with the telephone number in your Community Profile, there may be a digit missing?

It's normally offered by the support team, @johnh13, whether through Chat or if calling 03451 720088 (open from 9am).
How did you report it?
As part of coping with a fault it is free, but otherwise there's a charge for it.
