Hi JonTony1977, just before I raise this as part of an incident please confirm that you turned the router off for over 30 minutes and you're definitely using TalkTalk DNS settings or easier you haven't modified the settings in the router. Its probably us, but I have to do the checks.

You have posted in the mobile section, are you actually having this problem when connected to TalkTalk? You are not the first to report this particular site being blocked and a number of other users have reported other sites e.g. gambling being blocked also.
