@nambuso-TT it's a mobile issue.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

@Mattycox1,

Check the details about usage limits and alerts:

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Mobile-usage-alerts/ta-p/2204416

Once outside the allowance, the per minute rate is 50p.

Full details here:

As Fr8ys says, not the most suitable plan for your mum. There are safer contracts out there.

Too late now, but maybe consider changing to another supplier on a Pay as You Go contract so you top the phone up and once the credit has expired, only emergency calls can be made. You can still monitor on line.

Or a contract with a supplier such as Lebara, who offer unlimited minutes or 1000 minutes a month for £5.

You've posted this in the mobile phone section, @Mattycox1.

You'll need to speak to the Mobile team after dialling 03451 720088 (they close at 7pm).

If it's to do with a landline phone, you need to let us know so that the right people read this.
