Just joined TalkTalk pac code only partially worked ? Can’t receive calls?

Just joined TalkTalk gave my pac code online unable to receive calls but I am able to make calls with my number. Anyone now how to fix this ?

I suspect you have joined TalkMobile, I cant find any accounts based on your email address, you will need to contact TalkMobile contact details can be found on their   website  https://talkmobile.co.uk/

Are you sure you have joined TalkTalk rather than another provider? I do not believe they are providing services to new customers. Talk Mobile, perhaps, which is an entirely different company. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
