my broadband with mobile contract finished in 2019. I noticed I was still paying £3 a month for the last 5 years for the mobile, which I don’t think I ever used. I cancelled the direct debit and got a threatening letter regarding an 18£ outstanding  amount. There is no link in the account to cancel the contract, which I had assumed stopped when the broadband stopped. I’ve been threatened with a bad credit score when you’ve taken 3£ a month for 5 years for providing nothing. Please cancel the mobile.

@Rukiabegum, you need to start your own thread, and please be clear about WHAT is not updating etc.

 

There won't be staff on here to reply before Monday, but we'll do our best to help.

 

You need to check that you are on the right message board for the topic [choose from help with your service in the forum menu] and click on start a topic.
