As it says in the title, I didn't get the bill until today, with the due date being yesterday. I trust Talktalk will take this into consideration when they go to slap an extra £15 on my next bill for late payment?

I have checked your account and there are no pending fee's showing, we will need to wait for your next bill to be produced on the 18th of April.
It will also show in My Account on that date.

Was this a paper bill, @Culchi ?
As Royal Mail gets slower and slower....you are at risk of these bills arriving late.
If you sign up for online billing, this situation is more likely to be avoided.
You can also sign into My Account to check what is due.
Staff will respond after the weekend.
