My account access issues?

Hey,
Any of the OCE’s have any ideas why I’m getting the below when accessing my account. Was able to login just as I can in here but I get this message in my account, new one on me 🤷♂️ asking for a friend… 👀
seems to be intermittent as well, you know the best type of fault to find 🙂 lol
no worries if not, also please don’t de-register me as none of my detail in CRM are correct as such I’ll be unable to register without calling and I don’t wish to do that as I doubt I’ll pass IDV due to same issue.

I was, greatest browser of all time 👀
seems ok in chrome and actually not happened again in safari so maybe a temp issue.

Are you using safari? My Account is troublesome with that particular browser, are you able to try a different one
I'm struggling to replicate it.
