Like many other disabled people across the country I am very worried about the cuts to the welfare budget, if my disability benefits are going to be reduced I will be in a difficult situation where I will have to choose between eating that day or visiting my family, small mercies such as a £10 taxi, a bus ticket or my internet service will overnight become luxuries, luxuries that I will not be able to afford, is it possible for me to switch to a lower tariff, the internet is my way to stay connected with my family from the children and grandchildren to the elder members of the family, video messages are the only way I can see some of the family so I fear that my mental health will suffer……..

TalkTalk do not have a social tariff but to have a tie up with job centres, which unfortunately will not help you

Contracts and pricing etc cannot be negotiated on the forum.

Your best option is to phone and speak to the loyalty team to discuss your needs.
