If anyone could give me info
I left talk talk last Nov. I told them I was moving home and no longer required my Internet. The following day I recieved a call from moving in team to see if I required full fibre in my new property to which I kindly refused.
I paid my final rolling contract bill and thought nothing of it until I was chased for bills due to talk talk not closing down my account
After several calls to people whom had not much of an idea I finally was passed to a manager. The manager assured me that there was no money owing as I wasn't in contract and my final bill was settled. The emailed me with a waiver stating that no oney was owed by myself and to ignore any future demands.
Roll on today, ive recieved a bill for one month's talk talk which I definitely don't owe. This has cost me time and money..any ideas

I can see the charge has now been removed, and the account is fully cancelled.
