Is your printer wifi enabled?

Did you change the router setting from your old set-up to match on your new router? If so, then do you have a guest network?

I ask as for some reason when I updated my router my pc connected to the guest network and my printer was on the main network. The printer and device you are printing from have to be on the same network.

If you didn't change your logon to match, have you tried reinstalling the printers software so you can select the correct wifi network? If not give that a try.

Hi @Joey3

Please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-

1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
2. What package are you on?
3. Is the printer connected to the router's WiFi network or does it use a WiFi Direct method, where the printer advertises its own WiFi network?
4. What type of devices are you trying to print from?

Keith
