Hi! Finally got this sorted by messaging support! It was a legitimate text from TalkTalk...an upgrade, (which I still find confusing!)
The review name and icon update message on my phone (above pic), finally disappeared (after many weeks), and a clear TalkTalk login screen appeared which I checked was legitimate!....I then logged in as normal!......So it was an upgrade!
All working fine now! Thanks for your responses....stay safe!
Be safe....Not sorry!

If the message you received contains links or prompts you to enter personal information, do not click on them until you verify the legitimacy of the message.
If you continue to have issues, you might consider uninstalling and reinstalling the TalkTalk app to see if that resolves the problem. If you have any specific details about the message or the options presented in the app, feel free to share, and we can provide more tailored advice.

What if you simply remove Talktalk from your mobile email app altogether and do a fresh set up as if for the first time, not clicking on strange links, @EPD62?
It can be in a Samsung email app or whatever you have on your mobile.

Hi @EPD62 It's important to be careful with messages you receive on your mobile phone, particularly if they appear suspicious or unclear. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please confirm whether you can access your emails on your mobile phone via the website? If you haven't tried that yet, please visit our website and attempt to access your emails from there.
