I have replaced my tv set top with one I purchased, I now need to cancel my tv box which I have had forever.
Any ideas ?

@winchester221, just phone 03451 720088.
It's treated as part of your contract, so you'll need to get them to cancel the charge and they may ask for the return of the box.
