I have a Humax TV box which is excellent TalkTalk sent me their TV box about a year ago which was not requested by me. I don't need TalkTalk TV how do I cancel it?

To cancel any part of a service, give our customer loyalty teams a call and they can change your package for you, and give details to return the box.
