I have been a long time customer of TalkTalk and F-Secure which I could run from time to time to make sure there were no nasties. Recently (a couple of days ago) I update the computer software (Windows 10 with extended security updates) aa consequence of which I totally lost the F-Secure! Searching the computer for the software brings up nothing! I contacted TalkTalk Live Chat but I could not progress beyond the Bot! I tried to sign-in on line but my username and passwords were not accepted. I tried to change the password by asking F-Secure to send me an email or text with info how to change it but I never received anything!
Any help will be appreciated

Please ignore. Searching the computer did not find it but, following advice, looking through control panel it was found!
